Who this is for

Two streams. One room

Both streams are welcome at every session. You will work together for most of the day and move into stream-specific breakout rooms for Blocks 6 and 7. Select your stream when you register.

Common questions

Before you register

How is this different from a regular workshop?

You are not watching slides. You are doing the work, in real time, with your facilitator and cohort alongside you. Every block produces something tangible. You leave with a completed brand foundation in your own words, not notes from someone else's presentation.

Which stream should I choose?

Stream 1 is for entrepreneurs, founders, and professionals building something of their own. Stream 2 is for nonprofit leaders and practitioners. Both streams share the same session for Blocks 1 through 5 and reconvene for Blocks 8 and 9. You split into stream-specific breakout rooms for Blocks 6 and 7 only.

What do I need to prepare?

You will receive a short pre-work exercise a few days before the session. It takes about 10 minutes and is the only preparation you need. Your workbook arrives the day before. Come ready to think and write.

How many people will be in the room?

Cohorts are intentionally small. The format requires real participation and genuine peer interaction, neither of which works well in large groups.
